Among the strongest and most forward-looking organizations of the blind in Turkey, Beyazay is led by Mr. Lokman Ayva, a Member of the Turkish Parliament as well. Beyazay is a major contributor and force for Blind Corps’s successful outcomes with Futures In Blindness.

Another major contributor to our efforts is the City of Istanbul, which provides Ciroz Camp, the site for our Futures in Blindness training program, lodging and meals.

Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education (English Version) The Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education provides project support including curriculum accreditation for continuing education credits offered by Blind Corps. The 2010 Futures In Blindness class will be made up largely of teachers from the 16 schools for the blind located across Turkey. Their availability for training is supported by the Ministry
